The New England Patriots are back at Gillette Stadium for an important Week 9 game against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday afternoon.

Both teams have a 5-3 record, and the Patriots entered the weekend as the No. 7 seed in the AFC playoff race.

The Patriots are 2-3 on the road this season, but at home they are a perfect 3-0. Maintaining that unbeaten record in Foxboro will require a strong performance from the Patriots pass defense. The Packers have one of the league's best passing offenses, led by quarterback Jordan Love and the formidable wide receiver duo of Christian Watson and Matthew Golden.

Ball security will also be pivotal for the Patriots because the Packers defense has forced the second-most turnovers (15) of any team this season.

Can the Patriots earn a hard-fought win against a playoff-caliber opponent and improve their playoff position in the AFC?
