Jordyn Tyson's first New Orleans Saints catch was not worth the wait

Jordyn Tyson's first NFL catch was not worth the wait. The New Orleans Saints gave Tyson a chance to make a play in scoring position, but he fumbled near the goal line when Cleveland Browns linebacker Carson Schwesinger punched the ball out of his hands. We knew Tyson's old college coach Hines Ward was watching, waiting to text the rookie congratulations after catching his first pass. But we're guessing Tyson will get an earful from Ward about practicing better ball security.

At least it's only up from here. Tyson was wildly productive at Arizona State and the Saints drafted him eighth overall this spring for good reason. So long as he learns from this low moment and goes on to catch a lot of passes and score plenty of touchdowns, we'll look back on it as a funny memory. Let's see how he bounces back.
