Welcome to our latest blog on Michael Carrick's future at United

Michael Carrick is again under pressure at Manchester United after a chaotic draw against Aston Villa

Well, what a game that was. United go into the November international break on the back of a 4-4 draw with Aston Villa at Old Trafford, but will that be enough for Michael Carrick to keep his job?

Goals deep in added time from Patrick Dorgu and Joshua Zirkzee rescued a point, but United remain in the relegation zone, a point adrift of Coventry City and Nottingham Forest. They have now gone without a win in their last nine domestic matches, a run that will be approaching three months by the time they next play, away at Anfield against Liverpool.
