Wrexham chief executive Michael Williamson has left the club after two years in the role, with director Shaun Harvey taking over as acting CEO.
Williamson joined the North Wales side in 2024 and departs following a period that saw the club achieve promotion from League One into the Championship under co-chairmen Rob Mac and Ryan Reynolds.
In a joint statement, Mac and Reynolds thanked Williamson for his contribution to the club's rapid rise up the English football pyramid.
"We thank Michael Williamson for his two years at Wrexham and for his work taking the club from League One to the Championship," the co-chairmen said.
"Since our takeover five years ago, Wrexham have had historic success on the pitch and won hearts all over the globe. We remain focused on our most important task: to make the Wrexham community proud."
Harvey, a former chief executive of the English Football League (EFL) and Leeds United, has been involved with Wrexham's executive board as an advisor since the Hollywood duo completed their takeover in 2021.
Mac and Reynolds added: "Shaun Harvey has been an integral part of this journey from the beginning, and we know Shaun will give every support to Phil Parkinson and the lads on the pitch while keeping the broader Wrexham community roaring us on."
The club have not yet specified a timeframe for appointing a permanent successor.
