The Supercomputer has been tasked with predicting every single result ahead of Week 8 of the 2026 National Football League (NFL) season.

In Week 7, the Minnesota Vikings continued their perfect start to the campaign as they made it six wins out of six by beating the Indianapolis Colts 16-10.

However, it was a poor week for the Kansas City Chiefs as their unbeaten record was halted by the Seattle Seahawks, who came away 20-3 winners. The San Francisco 49ers also lost for the first time this season, falling to the Atlanta Falcons by a score of 29-20.

There were wins for the Miami Dolphins, the Chicago Bears, the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Ahead of Week 8, the Supercomputer has predicted every single match, having previously predicted Week 7 results. This week, the Houston Texans, the New Orleans Saints, the New York Giants and the 49ers are on bye.

Carolina Panthers at Green Bay Packers

Packers win 27–23

Both the Carolina Panthers and the Green Bay Packers were on the wrong end of their matches in Week 7, losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Detroit Lions, respectively.

This time around, the Supercomputer has backed the Packers to win this close encounter by 27-23 thanks to their home field advantage, but they will have to beware of the Panthers’ offensive potential.

Baltimore Ravens at Buffalo Bills

Bills win 30–27

The well-rested Buffalo Bills have been backed to get the better of the Baltimore Ravens, having taken Week 7 off on a bye. Meanwhile, the Ravens were beaten 35-13 by the Bengals.

Although Lamar Jackson is expected to make a timely return for the Ravens, Jesse Minter’s men have been tipped to lose 30-27 by the Supercomputer.

Tennessee Titans at Cincinnati Bengals

Bengals win 31–17

Having recorded back-to-back victories against the Ravens and the Dolphins, the Bengals have been tipped to make it three wins in a row when they take on the Tennessee Titans at the Paycor Stadium.

According to the Supercomputer, the Bengals ‘should have too much firepower at home’, with Joe Burrow expected to stand out.

Indianapolis Colts at Jacksonville Jaguars

Jaguars win 27–20

After playing their last two matches in London and having a bye in Week 7, the Jacksonville Jaguars are finally back on their home turf as they take on the Colts at the EverBank Stadium.

The Jaguars are expected to win this match 27-20 thanks to their defensive consistency and their home field advantage.

Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers

Steelers win 23–17

The Steelers and the Cleveland Browns recorded impressive victories over the Saints and the Titans in Week 7, with the pair now set to meet at the Acrisure Stadium.

Mike McCarthy’s Steelers have been tipped to win 23-17, the Supercomputer said: “Pittsburgh's defence should be decisive in a game that could be short on explosive plays. I trust the Steelers to win the key moments.”

Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions

Lions win 27–24

The Vikings are looking to continue their 100 per cent record this week when they visit Ford Field to play the Lions, who are also in good form having won two on the bounce.

Despite their perfect record, the Supercomputer has sided with the Lions on this one, predicting a tight 27-24 win for Dan Campbell’s men due to their higher offensive ceiling.

Atlanta Falcons at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Buccaneers win 27–24

Another close match predicted by the Supercomputer, with the Buccaneers backed to edge the Falcons by a score of 27-24.

The Supercomputer explained: “Tampa Bay get the nod in a divisional matchup that could go either way. Baker Mayfield's ability to make plays under pressure could prove decisive.”

Arizona Cardinals at Dallas Cowboys

Cowboys win 31–24

Fresh from moving onto 3-4 for the season after beating the Philadelphia Eagles 38-21 in Week 7, the Supercomputer has backed the Dallas Cowboys to do the business against the Arizona Cardinals.

Led by the likes of Dak Prescott, Javonte Williams and CeeDee Lamb, the Cowboys are expected to exploit their rivals’ defensive weakness.

Las Vegas Raiders at New York Jets

Raiders win 24–20

The Las Vegas Raiders have lost their last four matches against the Los Angeles Rams, the Bills, the New England Patriots and the Chiefs.

Despite their dreadful recent form, the Supercomputer has backed the Raiders to win 24-20 against the New York Jets, saying: “The Jets have home advantage, but I see Las Vegas doing enough offensively to take this one. It is a genuine toss-up.”

Los Angeles Chargers at Los Angeles Rams

Rams win 27–17

An LA derby between the Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers will take place this week at the SoFi Stadium. The Chargers are still looking for their first win of the season, having lost all six of their matches.

Meanwhile, the Rams are looking to build on their 35-21 win over the Raiders, with the Supercomputer backing Sean McVay’s men for the victory.

New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins

Patriots win 27–17

After losing to the Bears in Week 7, the Patriots will be looking to bounce back against the Dolphins, who recorded their first win of the campaign against the Jets.

The Supercomputer believes that the Patriots will come out on top, explaining: “New England look the stronger side on the available season indicators. Miami need a much more consistent performance to trouble the visitors.”

Kansas City Chiefs at Denver Broncos

Chiefs win 23–20

The match between the Chiefs and the Denver Broncos has been billed as a potential ‘Game of the Week’, with stars such as Patrick Mahomes and Bo Nix in action.

According to the Supercomputer, Andy Reid’s men should have enough to win a close contest 23-20.

The Supercomputer said: “Potential game of the week. Denver's defence can make life difficult for Patrick Mahomes, but Kansas City's experience in close games tips the balance for me.”

Patrick Mahomes

Philadelphia Eagles at Washington Commanders

Commanders win 24–17

The Eagles fell to a fifth defeat in a row when they were beaten 38-21 by the Cowboys in Week 7.

Fast becoming one of the worst-ranked teams in the NFL this year, the Eagles need a big performance when they take on the Washington Commanders on Sunday.

However, the Supercomputer has backed the Commanders to inflict further damage on the Eagles by winning 24-17.

Chicago Bears at Seattle Seahawks

Seahawks win 27–24

The final match of Week 8 will be contested between the Bears and current Super Bowl holders, the Seattle Seahawks, who are in a good mood after a big win over the Chiefs last time out.

With the likes of Sam Darnold, Emanuel Wilson and Jaxon Smith-Njigba in their ranks, the Seahawks are expected to win 27-24 against the Bears.
