The former Solihull Moors and Kidderminster Harriers midfielder guided Church to safety in the Southern League Premier Central last season.
And Storer has taken the club from just above the relegation zone to competing at the top end of the table in his first full season at the helm.
Storer has also guided the club to the first round of the FA Cup with Alvechurch to face a bumper tie against League One side Plymouth Argyle next month.
Storer said: “I’m delighted I’ve got the chance to be here for the next couple of years.
“I love working here. The club have given me an opportunity in management and I love coming in every day.
“It’s about learning and understanding why you make mistakes but they’ve given me a foundation.
“It’s so enjoyable to be at this football club and there’s a good togetherness and good team spirit here.
“I want to take this team as far as I can which I think is pretty far so let’s give it a go.”
Alvechurch chairman, Richard Thorndike posted on X: “A bright young manager who’s as comfortable on the training pitch as he is in both the dressing room and the boardroom.
“Bright future for sure.
“Absolutely delighted Stoz has committed to us for this season and next.”
