Fermanagh boxer Kaci Crowley continued her impressive comeback with a strong performance at the National Stadium Gym as she prepares for the Ulster Intermediate Boxing Championships.

Crowley once again represented the Irish Select team in a test match against the Irish U23 team, where she faced 60kg champion Grace Conway.

The outing marks another important step for the talented Fermanagh boxer, who has returned to the sport following a six-year break.

Her comeback has already brought notable success, with Crowley recently claiming gold at the Emerald Box Cup.

Back in the ring

Crowley overcame Catherine Blaney of Navan on points in the final before being named Best Female Boxer at the tournament.

That followed further success at the Braga Open in Portugal, where she won gold in the Elite Women’s 65kg class.

Crowley continues to improve with every outing as she shakes off the ring rust and builds valuable experience against quality opposition.

With confidence growing following her recent achievements, she will now turn her attention to the Ulster Intermediate Championships, where she will look to maintain her impressive form.
