The Los Angeles Rams continue to shuffle their roster due to the recent injuries they’ve suffered. After putting Davante Adams and Poona Ford on injured reserve Tuesday, they did the same with Kobie Turner on Wednesday.
Turner will now officially miss at least the next four games before potentially returning in Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving Eve.
In addition to putting Turner on IR, they signed edge rusher Darryl Peterson III from the practice squad to the active roster. They also signed nose tackle Jalen Hunt to the practice squad.
Turner is expected to miss a "handful of weeks," according to Sean McVay, so unlike Ford, he's expected to return this season; the Rams have already ruled out Ford for the remainder of the year.
Peterson was signed as an undrafted rookie this offseason after spending six years playing at Wisconsin. He is the brother of Darryn Peterson, who was the No. 2 overall pick in the 2026 NBA Draft by the Utah Jazz.
Hunt went undrafted and signed with the Patriots this offseason but was waived in September. He's a 6-foot-2, 315-pound nose tackle, so he adds depth along the D-line following the loss of Ford.
