Exeter back row Kane James is hoping sister Crystal can join him in living out a dream by playing for Wales.

Kane won his first cap this summer against Argentina and is in Steve Tandy's latest squad for the Nations Championship, while uncapped prop Crystal is part of the Wales women's squad who are in Japan for the WXV Global Series.

Kane paid tribute to his parents in helping to get the pair to where they are in their rugby careers.

Wales' men kick off their autumn campaign against Japan in Cardiff on Saturday, 7 November, while the women face Japan for the second time in a week this coming weekend.
