Bromley boss Andy Woodman says "rash decisions" are costing his team, after they lost 4-0 at home to Leicester City on Tuesday.
The Ravens conceded three times in the first half, with Woodman furious at the manner in which the goals went in.
"If you're going to gift teams goals, [it] doesn't matter what level you're playing [at], you've got no chance," he told BBC Radio London.
"I can't think of anyone that's got the ball at their feet and bent one in the top corner."
Bromley, in their first season at this level, sit second from bottom in League One and have lost three league games on the bounce.
"We're just making rash decisions, without any pressure on us," Woodman said.
"That's the bit that's frustrating me at the moment because that's not what we've been built on.
"We're trying to find the answers, we're grafting and we're putting the hours in. Maybe it's a bit of quality and confidence [we are lacking], but we've got to find the solution quickly.
"I certainly won't lie down and accept what I'm seeing."
