Robbie Savage will take charge of Peterborough United at home to Reading in the FA Cup first round, setting up a family showdown against his son Charlie Savage.
The tie will see the former Forest Green Rovers manager come up against his own son, who plays in midfield for Reading.
Savage senior left Forest Green earlier this month to take charge of Peterborough, and the draw has now handed him a meeting with Charlie in one of the standout family storylines of the first round.
The father-and-son clash adds an extra dimension to the tie, with Robbie hoping to guide Peterborough through while Charlie will be looking to help Reading progress at his dad’s expense.
The first-round ties take place across the weekend of Saturday, November 7.
