Manchester United's record appearance maker Ryan Giggs will have divided loyalties in Como tonight.
Giggs' 168 goals in 963 games for Manchester United assures him of legendary status at Old Trafford.
The 52-year-old is also a former team-mate of Michael Carrick, and also, briefly, his manager following David Moyes' dismissal in 2014, and his coach when he was part of Louis van Gaal's backroom team.
However, Giggs has been invited to tonight's game by Osian Roberts, his former assistant with the Wales national squad.
Roberts, 61, is Como's head of development and works closely with manager Cesc Fabregas in making sure the squad is equipped for the twin demands of competing at the top end of Serie A and in the Champions League.
