Luis Enrique's side breached the FC Barcelona goal four times, yet the visiting goalkeeper still departed the Parisian arena with his head held high. The shot-stopper pulled off 10 saves after facing a staggering barrage of 14 shots on target.

That figure stands out in stark contrast even to the infamous 2-8 defeat against Bayern Munich. Despite shipping double the goals that fateful evening, the Catalans actually faced one fewer shot on target (13) from the German heavyweights.

Barca had not surrendered 14 or more shots on target in a single match for 9 years. Real Madrid were the last side to test them with such regularity, racking up 14 in the league 'Clasico' on 23 April 2017—an encounter Los Blancos ultimately lost 2-3.

Barcelona's 8 matches with 10 or more shots on target conceded since 2015:

20-10-26: PSG 4-2 Barca (14)

23-04-17: Real Madrid 2-3 Barca (14)

14-08-20: Barca 2-8 Bayern (13)

15-04-25: Dortmund 3-1 Barca (11)

11-01-26: Barca 3-2 Real Madrid (10)

14-02-17: PSG 4-0 Barca (10)

02-10-16: Celta 4-3 Barca (10)
