Kobe Martin, 18, rushed onto the field after his side were victorious in the Scottish Cup clash on March 8, 2026.
Glasgow Sheriff Court was told today that Celtic fans entered the pitch at the end of the match, which included Martin.
Prosecutor Katie Malcolm said: "A steward tried to usher him off and Martin reacted in an aggressive manner.
"He ran about on the pitch and gestured to the opposition fans while he was part of a crowd.
"Martin became in possession of a pole and waved it about in various directions."
Martin, of the city's Tollcross, was later identified by CCTV and he handed himself in to the police.
CCTV footage of Martin's involvement was played to the court.
First offender Martin pleaded guilty today to committing breach of the peace.
Isla Sinclair, defending, told the court that her client is currently in his second year of a three-year apprenticeship.
The lawyer added: "He recognises that the matter he has pleaded guilty to is serious and custody will be an option for you; however, he is of young age and there is a lack of previous offending."
Sheriff Owen Mullan deferred sentence pending background reports until next month.
The sheriff told Martin: "Given your age and lack of previous convictions, I am only just persuaded to grant you bail today.
"All sentencing options will be open to me on the next occasion.
"Understand that custody will be at the forefront of my mind, and you should prepare accordingly."
