Carolina Panthers fans were left fuming with Bryce Young after he smiled on the sidelines after throwing an interception on Thursday Night Football.

The quarterback had a pass batted down at the line of scrimmage, which was picked off, before Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love found Matthew Golden for a touchdown to extend their lead.

Young has had early struggles in the game against the Packers, with his interception only compounding Panthers fans' anger. But smiling on the sidelines after the ill-timed turnover left many furious with their quarterback.

One Panthers fan wrote, "Bryce smiling coming to the sideline after throwing the int. Be p-----, have some fight."

Another commented, "Bryce Young got intercepted and he’s SMILING????!!," as another said, "Bryce you better quit smiling. Aint nothing to smile about."
