UFC Vegas 123 is down a fight after the withdrawal of 20-5 middleweight Azamat Bekoev.
Renato Moicano vs. Tom Nolan will headline the card in Las Vegas on October 31.
Twelve fights were supposed to take place before the lightweights clash at the Meta Apex.
Azamat Bekoev was booked to face Andre Petroski on the undercard of UFC Vegas 123.
Their fight was scrapped due to Bekoev suffering a medical emergency, which landed him in the hospital.
On Saturday, the 30-year-old Russian explained the series of events that led to him withdrawing from UFC Vegas 123.
“Hello everybody, unfortunately, I have to pull out of my fight,” Bekoev wrote on X.
Hello everybody, Unfortunately, I have to pull out of my fight. A couple of days ago, I suffered an anaphylactic reaction. Thankfully, I made it to CVS within a few minutes and was able to get medication, but I ended up passing out inside the store, and they had to call an ambulance. First and foremost, I want to apologize to my opponent Andre Petroski.I’ve never pulled out of a fight before, and this is not something I take lightly. I also want to apologize to the UFC and everyone who was looking forward to this fight. This is not how I wanted things to go, but my health has to come first. I’ll focus on recovering, and I’ll be back soon. #ufc

Petroski quickly confirmed that he would not fight a replacement opponent on Halloween. The 13-6 American has been added to the undercard of Gabriel Bonfim’s upcoming fight with Sean Brady.
9-1 middleweight Mantas Kondratavicius will be his foe at UFC Vegas 124 on November 7.
