A detailed street-by-street map of the route can be zoomed in to show where riders will travel through Greenfield, Uppermill, Dobcross, Delph, Shaw, Royton and Chadderton on Friday, July 30.
The Oldham section forms part of an 85.7km opening stage from Leeds to Manchester.
The riders will cross the Pennines before descending into Oldham, entering the borough on the A635 alongside Dovestone Reservoir.
They will make their way through Greenfield and Uppermill before taking on one of the notable challenges on the Oldham section of the route, the Côte de Delph.
The climb is 2.1km long with an average gradient of 6.3 per cent.
From there, riders will head towards Grains Bar before the route continues through Shaw, Royton and Chadderton.
The race will then leave the borough before continuing through Middleton and into Manchester towards the finish in the city centre.
Riders will pass Manchester Cathedral before battling for the first yellow jersey of the race on Deansgate.
The opening stage will be the first Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift stage to be held in Britain.
Spectators will be able to line the route through Saddleworth and the north of the borough to watch the riders go by.
Oldham Council chief executive Shelley Kipling previously said: “Being part of Stage One of The Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift is such a fantastic moment for Oldham.
“The route will take the race through our beautiful towns, villages and countryside, putting our borough in front of a global audience and inspiring the next generation of cyclists.
“We’re incredibly proud to be part of such a prestigious international event and look forward to welcoming riders, teams and spectators to Oldham.
“I would encourage residents, community groups and businesses to look at the routes, get involved, and come out to support the riders when the race arrives. This is a chance for Oldham to be part of something truly special.”
Oldham has hosted sections of major cycling events in recent years, with the men's Tour of Britain passing through the borough in 2023 and the women's Tour of Britain following in 2024.
After the opening stage, the Tour de France Femmes will start Stage Two in Manchester on Saturday, July 31, with riders heading to Sheffield.
Stage Three will see riders tackle an 18km team time trial through central London on Sunday, August 1, starting on Whitehall and finishing on The Mall.
