Wales squad aware of play-off joy and despair - James

Captain Angharad James says Wales players who have tasted play-off success and defeat have shared their experiences with younger squad members to get them "up to speed" on what is at stake.

Rhian Wilkinson's side take a 1-0 lead into the second leg of their play-off semi-final against Albania in Llanelli on Tuesday (19:15 BST).

Wales missed out on qualification for the 2023 World Cup after an extra-time loss to Switzerland but secured their place at Euro 2025 with victory over Republic of Ireland in Dublin.
