Nuno Espirito Santo has revealed that Keiber Lamadrid is West Ham United’s only injury absence ahead of Saturday’s 3pm kick-off at home to Southampton.
The Hammers have largely stayed clear of injury concerns this season. Barring the long-running absence of Tomas Soucek and a few weeks on the sidelines for Alphonse Areola, Nuno Espirito Santo has had the luxury of being able to pick from an almost fully-fit roster most weeks.
And that run continues into matchday 12, even if West Ham United will be without Keiber Lamadrid once again when Tonda Eckert brings his Southampton side to the London Stadium.

Nuno has some big decisions to make vs Southampton! Who would you pick, and why? 👇
Venezuela international Lamadrid was spotted at Rush Green on Thursday as he builds up his fitness. Saturday’s clash will come too soon for him, though it was not certain that he’d have made the matchday squad even if he was ready to return.
“Keiber is closer, he’s improving,” Nuno said during his press conference on Friday lunchtime. “Of course after matches we have to assess issues, but generally the boys are OK. All the players other than Lamadrid are options.”
A £1 million summer signing from Deportivo La Guaira, Lamadrid has only played one Championship game this season – the 4-2 victory over Wolves on September 1st.
