Hany Mukhtar says Nashville SC are "ready for more" after they clinched the MLS Supporters' Shield with their 2-0 win over CF Montreal on Saturday.
Nashville have secured top spot in MLS with three games to spare after their victory at Stade Saputo took them to 70 points.
They initially struggled to open up Montreal, having just two shots in the first half while their hosts managed five.
However, Sam Surridge opened the scoring in the 51st minute with his 18th MLS goal of the season, with a Samsy Keita own goal securing all three points – the goalkeeper helped it over his own line, taking the goal off Mukhtar.
Nashville have won just the second trophy in their history, following their 2025 U.S. Open Cup triumph, while they are now targeting MLS history.
Inter Miami hold the all-time points record in the competition, tallying 74 in 2024, and Nashville have three games left to surpass that total.
BJ Callaghan's side are unbeaten in their last seven league matches (W6 D1), and Mukhtar is confident they will achieve even more by the end of the campaign.
"It's our second trophy in two years, and I think we have done a really good job all together," Mukhtar told Apple TV.
"And yeah, we are ready for more.
"At the beginning of the season, we made plans that we want to compete for the trophy. We want to make the next step for the club and for us as players, and I think we did a good job."

Elsewhere in the Eastern Conference, the New England Revolution moved up to second – albeit 15 points behind Nashville – with a 2-1 win over the Philadelphia Union.
Dor Turgeman and Carles Gil scored in stoppage time in either half for the Revs, who conceded a 102nd-minute consolation from Neil Pierre.
The Chicago Fire also moved up to fourth, after edging Atlanta United 3-2.
In the West, FC Dallas have turned up the pressure on leaders Vancouver Whitecaps after a thumping 3-0 win over the San Jose Earthquakes, with a Petar Musa brace leading the way.
They now sit just one point behind the Whitecaps, who suffered a 1-0 loss to the Colorado Rapids.
Dallas also opened up a gap over third-place St. Louis City SC, who lost a second consecutive match after going down 3-0 to Real Salt Lake.
