Just weeks after the first incident, Tom Brady has once again been caught swearing on the FOX broadcast.

Back in Week 2, Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels suffered a dislocated elbow injury against the Dallas Cowboys, prompting Brady to curse on live television. "Aw s---," Brady muttered as he watched the replay.

To his credit, Brady immediately corrected himself. "Excuse me," he told viewers - but another apology may be necessary after the seven-time Super Bowl champion was once again heard using profanity as he dealt with technical difficulties concerning his audio from Ford Field for his appearance on FOX NFL Sunday.

Before getting on the call for the unbeaten Minnesota Vikings' matchup with the Detroit Lions, Brady joined the popular FOX pregame show to discuss the Week 8 slate with Drew Brees and the crew. However, as audio issues disrupted his appearance, Brady could be suddenly heard saying: "Oh s---."

Brady immediately realized his mistake, expressing shock and frustration after apparently hearing over his earpiece that his voice was transmitted to the broadcast. The FOX NFL Sunday crew, including Michael Strahan, Terry Bradshaw, and the rest, burst into laughter, leaving Brady to laugh at the unfortunate turn of events.

"We let you get away with with by the way, Tom," said Curt Menefee. "We heard you. That's OK." Menefee added: "Thank you very much, have a great call!".

It remains unclear whether Brady will face any consequences for his X-rated language - particularly given that this marks his second such incident. His comment directly violates the Federal Communications Commission's indecency rules, though he may receive some leniency due to the unintentional nature of Brady not realizing his voice was live on FOX airwaves at that moment.

The FCC holds statutory authority to impose fines for certain broadcast indecency violations, with a maximum of $325,000 per violation and $3 million for a single continuing act. Despite having the legal power to fine individuals directly in applicable situations, the FCC typically favors pursuing networks or broadcasters instead.

This isn't even the first time Brady has encountered technical issues with voice audio. During the call for the Los Angeles Rams' victory over the Philadelphia Eagles last month, Brady went silent after Kevin Burkhardt set him up.

"kay, my fault. I have this big, clunky board, which I have all this information about what I want to say all day and I dropped it on the talkback button," Brady said.

"And I'm sitting here going 'God, I can't hear anyone, you guys?' And it's my fault the whole time. So that's like a quarterback owning up to his mistake."

Brady is on the call for the 6-0 Vikings' trip to Ford Field to take on the 4-2 Lions in a NFC North showdown on Sunday, Nov. 1.
