Scott McTominay scored his first goals since undergoing heart surgery as Napoli claimed a thrilling 4-3 victory over Bodo/Glimt.
Napoli came into the match off the back of back-to-back Champions League defeats and only three wins in all competitions this season, but went in front after just 54 seconds through Matteo Politano's spectacular volley.
Jens Petter Hauge finished off an incisive Bodo/Glimt attack to equalise in the 27th minute, before McTominay ran on to a brilliant Kevin de Bruyne through ball and dinked past visiting goalkeeper Nikita Haikin four minutes before half-time.
The Norwegian side drew level for a second time just after the hour mark when Andreas Helmersen slammed a shot into the bottom corner, but once again fell behind when McTominay headed in his second 15 minutes from time.
These are the Scotland midfielder's first goals of the season, after he missed four games last month to undergo surgery on a benign heart arrhythmia.
Last season Bodo/Glimt reached the last 16 and earned a reputation as giant-killers, and despite beating Borussia Dortmund 1-0 last week, could not conjure a way back in Naples.
Odin Bjortuft converted a Giovane cross past his own goalkeeper to give Napoli a late two-goal cushion, though there was time for Sondre Fet to head in a late consolation after a Bjortuft effort came back off the bar.
After losing to Arsenal and Villarreal in their first two European outings, Napoli now have three points and will next travel to Porto on Wednesday, 4 November (20:00 GMT).
Bodo/Glimt remain on three points and will host Lille on Tuesday, 3 November (20:00 GMT).
