Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love threw his 100th career touchdown pass on a 5-yard completion to Matthew Golden during the first quarter of Sunday's Week 9 showdown with the New England Patriots.
Love became the fifth Packers quarterback to reach 100 career touchdown passes, joining Bart Starr, Lynn Dickey, Brett Favre and Aaron Rodgers.
Love needed only 66 career games and 57 starts to get to 100. Rodgers got to 100 in 55 career starts; Favre needed 62. All three quarters were in Year 4 as starting quarterbacks in Green Bay when they reached 100 career touchdown passes.
Here's Love's milestone touchdown on Sunday in Foxborough:
On the scoring drive, Golden caught all three passes from Love, gaining 70 yards and finishing it off with the 5-yard touchdown.
Love has accounted for both of the Packers touchdowns to start Sunday, including a 13-yard touchdown run after Xavier McKinney's interception. Green Bay leads 14-0 in the first quarter.
