Wales will be going for a big upset - James

Wales captain Angharad James says there will be no friendships when they face former boss Gemma Grainger in December's World Cup play-off final.

Rhian Wilkinson's side earned a meeting with Norway by beating Albania in the semi-finals.

Grainger, who was in charge when Wales suffered a late play-off defeat by Switzerland to miss out on the 2023 World Cup, quit to take charge of the Norwegians in 2024.
