DeForest Buckner said he was 'sick and tired' of the Colts' inability to contend

The Colts haven't won a playoff game since 2019.

The Indianapolis Colts haven't won a playoff game since January of 2019. In his entire time with the Colts, Pro Bowl defensive tackle DeForest Buckner has played in just one playoff game. And through six weeks of the season, it doesn't look like that number is going to increase.

No wonder he's furious.

The Colts fell to 2-4 on the season after they lost Sunday's Week 6 matchup with the then-winless Titans. It was the kind of loss that set the tone for another disappointing season in the post-Andrew Luck era.

For Buckner, he's seen the same thing play out in almost every season he's been with the Colts, and he couldn't hide his frustration after the loss.

He told reporters when asked how he keeps his frustration from turning into anger:

"I'm pissed off too. I’m sick and tired of the same song and dance every year.”

The 32-year-old Buckner is in the final year of his contract with Indianapolis. It wouldn't be surprising to see him moved to a contender at this point.
