The Cleveland Browns have been without their young, budding star defensive tackle Mason Graham for the past two games after he injured his knee in the win against the Steelers. He was off to a blistering start, and despite missing the past two games, he still leads the team with four sacks as a defensive tackle.
He returned to practice last week, and head coach Todd Monken said he was close to playing against his former college coach, Jessie Mentor, and the Baltimore Ravens, but he ultimately didn't play as the team made sure not to rush him back from injury.
Graham has progressed throughout the week and is now set to make his return to the field, as he has been cleared to play on the road against the Titans. The Browns' defensive line has been dominant and disruptive, and now they are getting back one of their best players, which will be a big boost to a unit that is already playing very well.
"It feels good. Just had a little rust on Wednesday. I didn't feel like I practiced my best and then came back Thursday and today and feel like I'm back to myself and playing how I was before."
