Wrexham AFC: Predicted starting XI against Blackburn

Kieffer Moore and Sam Smith were named in attack and both scored as the Reds beat bottom of the table Preston North End 4-1 at home to return to winning ways in the Championship.

It may have been a successful change but Parkinson has the ability to play with a number 10 supporting a lone striker or two attacking midfielders playing off a frontman, which has been his preferred formation this season.

Hopefully Moore and Smith lead the line again, and with no midweek game since the win over the Lilywhites, there doesn't seem to be any need to change a winning team or freshen up the side.

Matty James returned to the starting line-up last weekend after missing two games with a back problem but if he shows no ill-effects, it could be the same players starting against Blackburn.

Ben Sheaf is back in full-training after injury and could be included on the bench.

Predicted Starting XI (3-4-1-2): Patterson; Hyam, Worrall, Doyle; Imray, Whiteman, James, Ekomie; O'Hare; Moore, Smith.
