AC Milan head coach Ruben Amorim is expected to make a few changes to the starting XI that will face Red Bull Salzburg on Thursday night.
Many had questions how the Milan boss might approach this difficult and intense period, one that sees the team play seven games in 21 days from the Sassuolo draw to the derby against Inter on October 31.
As reported this morning by Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews), Amorim intends to rotate quite significantly for the match in Austria on Thursday night, despite the fact that the Europa League campaign began with a defeat to Benfica.
Fikayo Tomori is expected to make his debut in defence, having been reinstated into the plans following his failure to secure a summer exit. Davide Bartesaghi should come in for Pervis Estupinan on the left too.
Ardon Jashari is tipped to get the nod in midfield alongside Yunus Musah. Alphadjo Cisse and Omari Huthinson are currently in line to be the attacking midfield duo behind Francesco Camarda, who will finally give Goncalo Ramos a rest.
Amorim will also give Christian Comotto some playing time in what will be his first minutes of the season. Although he is not expected to start, will be given minutes during the match.
