Bears respond to disastrous end of first half with TD drive

Bears coach Ben Johnson didn’t want to talk about how the first half ended. The Patriots scored a touchdown in the final 14 seconds on two plays, including a catch-and-run, 48-yard touchdown by Rhamondre Stevenson at the buzzer.

The Bears put it in their rearview mirror and opened the second half with a nine-play, 72-yard touchdown drive.

Caleb Williams threw a 12-yard touchdown pass to tight end Colston Loveland after the Bears received the second-half kickoff.

Loveland also had a 22-yard reception on the drive.

Williams is 14-of-21 for 225 yards and two touchdowns, and Loveland has five catches for 58 yards and a touchdown.
