Roma is eyeing Germany and seeing a potential €25 million payday. Neil El Aynaoui’s future seems increasingly distant from the capital.

The Moroccan midfielder, who moved to Leipzig during the last summer transfer window, is convincing the German club, which is increasingly considering his permanence.

The deal was finalized on the basis of a loan with an option to buy set at €25 million. This sum could be paid to the Giallorossi at the end of the season, should Leipzig decide to permanently acquire the player.

According to Sky Sport De, Leipzig are particularly pleased with El Aynaoui, who is appreciated for both his performance on and off the pitch.

These positive signs would bring the club closer to exercising the option to buy. A final decision hasn’t been made yet, but the possibility of a buyout appears to be growing.

This would open up the prospect of a significant financial inflow for Roma next summer, with the €25 million in the deal poised to become a valuable asset in the transfer market.
