Should you start Harold Fannin Jr. in fantasy football in Week 8?

The Browns' offense is not loaded with the most promising fantasy assets. The unit is young and still developing, but the quarterback play remains a roller coaster with some high highs and low lows.

During the 2026 season here on Browns Wire, we will review all fantasy-relevant skill players for the team and share whether they are worth a start.

Each position has players that can help or hurt your fantasy team, so this will be a form of start or sit. In this piece, we will be looking at Harold Fannin Jr.

The Browns tight end had a quiet couple of weeks, including in Week 7, before his big catch and run to setup the game-winning field goal. Last time he and the Browns faced the Steelers, Fannin had one of his better games of the year, racking up five catches for 27 yards and a score.

He is worth a play in deeper leagues for his redzone work, but it is hard for him to be relied upon for a big week in a game that shows them making adjustments.
