Burnley v Portsmouth: Jordan Cross' predicted line-up as key men return at Turf Moor

Published 30th Oct 2026, 12:56 GMT

Pompey look to continue their strong Championship form as they make the trek north to Burnley tomorrow.

John Mousinho’s men have picked up 10 points from a possible 12 and go into the game two points off the play-offs.

Meanwhile, Burnley have hugely struggled since their Premier League relegation, this week setting a new English record for the longest period without a home league win.

The Clarets will be looking for a new manager bounce, however, after the appointment of Fabio Celestini this week.

Both teams have injuries going into the game, though Pompey are set to welcome Josh Murphy and Conor Shaughnessy back into the fray.
