The Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) has announced the 16-member squad for the upcoming Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT) 2026, with Ayush Badoni named as captain.

The Delhi squad has caught the attention because of its powerful pace attack, which includes experienced pacer Ishant Sharma alongside young fast-bowling stars Harshit Rana and Mayank Yadav.

One of the biggest talking points is the absence of Nitish Rana from the squad. Delhi has picked a strong group of batters, wicketkeepers, and fast bowlers for the upcoming Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT) 2026.

Delhi's 16-Member SMAT Squad:

Ayush Badoni (C), Priyansh Arya, Sarthak Ranjan, Yash Dhull, Ayush Doseja, Tejasvi (WK), Anuj Rawat (WK), Himmant Singh, Manoj Rawat, Keshav Dabas, Suyash Sharma, Digvesh, Ishant Sharma, Harshit Rana, Mayank Yadav, Simerjeet Singh
