Ibrahim Maza is enjoying playing alongside Patrik Schick, who made a piece of club history for Bayer Leverkusen during Sunday's 2-1 success against Freiburg.
A third straight victory for Carles Martinez's side lifted them to fourth in the Bundesliga table, with Maza and Schick getting the goals.
Schick's 76th-minute winner continued his run of scoring in every Bundesliga match this season, with his streak of six games with a goal from the beginning of a campaign being the longest by any Leverkusen player.
Dimitar Berbatov (in 2005-06) and Stefan Kiessling (in 2009-10) had both previously scored in the opening five games of a Bundesliga campaign for Leverkusen, and the latter's outright club record of seven straight Bundesliga matches on the scoresheet is now within Schick's reach.
Maza and Schick both assisted each other's goals, with the Czechia international recording two goal involvements in a single Bundesliga game for the second time this season.
When he previously did so, against Union Berlin in September, another of team-mates – Miguel Gutierrez – also had a pair of goal involvements in the same match.
"It was a lot of fun, especially against such a strong opponent. Huge respect to Freiburg but we showed what we can do," Maza told DAZN afterwards.
"We played some great football today, but a lot of credit to Freiburg as well. They put in a great performance.
"Schicki and I are building some pretty good chemistry. The more time we spend playing together, the better it gets. It's going pretty well right now."

While Schick was pleased to write his name into the record books, his main source of happiness was the victory, with Leverkusen just one point off Bayern Munich at the summit.
"I've already heard that I've broken the record, which obviously makes me very happy," he said.
"Our result is really important for the table. Freiburg are one of the best teams in the league, so it was a tough game. I'm happy with the result.
"You can see our development. We're not making the same simple mistakes we were making at the start of the season. A game like this could easily have ended in a draw, so we're happy today."
Leverkusen visit OFI Crete in the Europa League on Thursday, before travelling to Hoffenheim for their next Bundesliga fixture on Sunday.
