Champagne-soaked Brewers go wild in the clubhouse after World Series glory... as thousands of fans line the streets of Milwaukee to celebrate

The first championship in team history saw Wisconsinites in their home state and beyond partying into the early morning hours after the Milwaukee Brewers won the World Series.

Brewers players poured onto the turf at Tropicana Field after first baseman Jake Bauers caught the final out of this year's Fall Classic to clinch a 4-1 series victory over the Tampa Bay Rays.

Milwaukee's newest crop of heroes jumped around on the field before receiving the World Series trophy and taking it back to a joyful clubhouse.

There, players sprayed Budweiser and champagne on each other as the party got started.

Images of players showering each other quickly circulated after Brewers manager Pat Murphy gave a memorable speech.

'We set out and we talked about uncommon mindset. We said in spring training, you might be shocked. We really did. And then we had people, we had leadership that committed to that,' Murphy was seen saying to his players.

'They committed to that uncommon mindset, being undaunted. And it starts, guys, you got to connect this. It starts back when Robin [Yount] played and the way he played the game.

'That set the tone for the Milwaukee Brewers. 20-Some-plus years, Hall of Fame, and he's still here celebrating with you guys. And he comes all the time because this is a connection you'll remember for life.'

Murphy then also shared a humorous story about a 'message' he received from Brewers icon Bob Uecker, the Milwaukee native and broadcaster who passed away in January 2025.

'So Ueck sent me a text today. He said, look, I helped you against the Padres. And I messed with the Dodgers a little bit.

'And then you came here and you're on your own because we had a doubleheader and they actually let me catch the last 3 innings of the game.

'But you did it for the city, you did it for the state, and you boys ought to be awfully proud to know that you're the first ever Milwaukee Brewer team to be world champions.'

Back in Milwaukee, fans packed the stands at American Family Field to watch on the jumbotron as their team clinched the title.

Images of raucous Wisconsinites celebrating in the cool October evening backdropped a 56-year wait for the Brewers' first championship.

It's the first title for this franchise and the first baseball championship in Milwaukee since 1957, when the Braves won the World Series. The team would move to Atlanta nine years later.

This is also the first sports championship for Milwaukee since the Giannis Antetokounmpo-led Bucks won the NBA Finals in 2021. It was the Bucks' second championship, having previously won in 1971.

Counting the Braves' 1957 crown, the Brewers have now won Milwaukee's fourth 'Big Four' professional sports title.

The Brewers will host a World Series parade through the city's streets on Friday beginning at 10:00am local time.
