Massive! I started following Bayern Munich for Kane, really wanted him to have a few good rewards for all he gave his teams at Spurs and England, especially after the way Daniel Lewy went back on the gentleman's agreement and blocked Kane's move to Guardiola's City who were winning then. I still remember the way Lewy dragged out the Bayern Munich transfer and how Kane had to travel to the airport and then return back at the last minute, during the last few days of the transfer window, because Lewy was trying to get more money for a player who was in his last year of contract and one whom Lewy had blind sided just two years earlier. Kane could have gone for free in a year but said it would not be fair to the club which helped him grow as a player. In spite of Lewy's shenanigans. That showed how classy a person Harry is. Not just words but action when it mattered. In spite of suffering from Lewy's actions. Forgoing a massive signing bonus he could have gotten in a year. RESPECT!

And then his first game here, a substitute appearance in a loss to Leipzig? First season, no Bayern Munich trophies, after about 13 years?. I was worried if Bayern Munich would believe that the curse was real and simply sell him. They didn't. And what a way everybody got rewarded! Bayern Munich gets a Ballon d'or in 45+ years. Bundesliga gets a facelift. Harry gets a recognition he has deserved for years. And the team gets a player who can show them that greatness and level headed behaviour can go hand in hand. That strikers can do more than simply waiting for the ball to arrive. That this game is really more than just quick running. And a lot more.

When I read Think and grow rich at a young age, there was this concept that I never accepted, might be I still don't with my logical mind. It was something about believing and continuing to persist even after everything points towards giving up and cutting your loses. Yet this feels like just rewards for a Person, more than a player, who kept doing the right thing, even when he suffered for it. Extremely happy for you Harry, you deserve it!

Hopefully Bundesliga uses this opportunity to grow and improve. Hopefully a couple of other Bundesliga clubs go deep in UCL and BEAT some established clubs. Hopefully Bayern Munich wins UCL. More than once. PSG showed it is possible. And hopefully Harry wins another Ballon d'or and the best striker in Europe award. Good luck 🤞.
