Caleb Williams wins NFC offensive player of the week

Caleb Williams’ return was successful, as the quarterback helped pilot the Bears to a 31-23 victory over the Falcons.

Now he’s been named NFC offensive player of the week.

Williams finished 30-of-36 passing for 305 yards with a touchdown and no picks. That performance made him the second QB this season to pass for at least 300 yards on 35 attempts with a completion rate of at least 80 percent.

Geno Smith also accomplished that in Week 3.

This is Williams’ second career offensive player of the week award. He also earned the honor for Week 3 of the 2025 season.
