Things keep getting worse for the Los Angeles Rams.

Not only did the Rams lose to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday to fall to 2-4 on the season, putting them three games behind the San Francisco 49ers in the win column ahead of San Francisco’s game against the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football, but now the Rams will be without wide receiver Davante Adams for an extended period.

According to head coach Sean McVay, Adams suffered an injured hamstring in the loss on Sunday, and will be out for “six to ten weeks.”

Adams suffered the injury, which is being described as a “ruptured hamstring” on a non-contact moment against Arizona:

Prior to the injury, Adams had caught three passes for 39 yards. He is coming off one of his best games of the season, as he caught five passes for 51 yards and a pair of touchdowns against the Buffalo Bills. Adams also caught eight passes for 195 yards and two touchdowns back in Week 2 against the New York Giants.

On the season, Adams has 30 receptions for 480 yards and those four touchdowns.
