DJ Moore and Mike Evans are only two of many fantasy football players facing injury trouble heading into Week 6. With the season roughly one-third done, the hits have started to pile up. It can be a lot to keep track of, which is why College Sports Network has worked hard to put together the best at-a-glance view for managers in need of seeing the big picture.

From updates on Moore to Evans and everything in between, here’s a look at the fantasy football injury report for the entire league heading into Sunday and Monday’s action, courtesy of the NFL’s official injury report.

Fantasy Football’s Biggest Injury Concerns in Week 6 by Division

AFC West

The AFC West is the healthiest division when it comes to fantasy football, with arguably only one WR1 or WR2-worthy receiver on the report.

  • WR Tre Harris, Los Angeles Chargers – Out

  • WR KeAndre Lambert-Smith, Los Angeles Chargers – Questionable

  • WR Rashee Rice, Kansas City Chiefs – Out

AFC North

The AFC North could be down multiple starters with Lamar Jackson still expected to miss time. Browns running back Quinshon Judkins is also at risk of missing Sunday’s contest.

  • QB Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens – Out

  • RB Quinshon Judkins, Cleveland Browns – Questionable

  • RB Dylan Sampson, Cleveland Browns – Out

  • RB Rico Dowdle, Pittsburgh Steelers – Questionable

  • WR Roman Wilson, Pittsburgh Steelers – Out

AFC East

While DJ Moore continues to weigh his availability, the Patriots will get back their star addition in the form of A.J. Brown.

  • WR Omar Cooper Jr., New York Jets – Questionable

  • WR Adonai Mitchell, New York Jets – Out

  • TE Kenyon Sadiq, New York Jets – Questionable

  • WR A.J. Brown, New England Patriots – Active

  • RB TreVeyon Henderson, New England Patriots – Questionable

  • WR DJ Moore, Buffalo Bills – Questionable

AFC South

The Texans added Marvin Harrison Jr., but now will need to contend with the loss of David Montgomery, as the starting back is ruled out.

  • WR Tank Dell, Houston Texans – Out

  • RB David Montgomery, Houston Texans – Out

  • RB Tyjae Spears, Tennessee Titans – Questionable

  • TE Tyler Warren, Indianapolis Colts – Questionable

NFC North

Chicago will miss running back Kyle Monangai, but all signs point to Caleb Williams returning to the field on Sunday. The Packers, meanwhile, will have to manage potentially being down two receivers.

  • RB Kyle Monangai, Chicago Bears – Out

  • QB Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears – Active

  • WR Skyy Moore, Green Bay Packers – Out

  • WR Savion Williams, Green Bay Packers – Questionable

NFC South

It’s a toss-up whether the Buccaneers or Saints are more beat up heading into the weekend. Baker Mayfield’s status might put the Buccaneers over the top, however.

  • RB AJ Dillon, Carolina Panthers – Out

  • RB Trevor Etienne, Carolina Panthers – Questionable

  • QB Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Out

  • RB Sean Tucker, Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Questionable

  • RB Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints – Questionable

  • WR Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints – Questionable

NFC West

Mike Evans is questionable as the 33-year-old receiver is dealing with rib and Achilles injuries, but he isn’t the only wide receiver facing health concerns. The Cardinals lost a big one in Jeremiyah Love.

  • WR Mike Evans, San Francisco 49ers – Questionable

  • WR Christian Kirk, San Francisco 49ers – Questionable

  • WR Deebo Samuel, San Francisco 49ers – Out

  • RB Jeremiyah Love, Arizona Cardinals – Out

NFC East

On Monday, the Washington Commanders seemed to be the most beat-up team in the NFC East. However, by Friday, the Eagles clearly emerged with the undesirable honor.

  • RB Saquon Barkley, Philadelphia Eagles – Out

  • QB Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles – Out

  • TE Theo Johnson, New York Giants – Out

  • RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Washington Commanders – Out

  • WR Stefon Diggs, Washington Commanders – Questionable

  • QB Marcus Mariota, Washington Commanders – Out

  • RB Jeremy McNichols, Washington Commanders – Questionable
