Nestor Lorenzo continues to use these fixtures to blood fresh talent with an eye on the World Cup qualifiers and the 2028 Copa America.

Lorenzo handed maiden call-ups to Udinese defender Juan David Arizala, Hellas Verona striker Daniel Mosquera, and winger Camilo Mena of Polish outfit Korona Kielce.

Roma goalkeeper Devis Vasquez, Real Betis midfielder Nelson Deossa, and first-choice shot-stopper Camilo Vargas of Atlas—who missed out last time—also earn recalls.

Alongside Luis Diaz, Boca Juniors goalkeeper Alvaro Montero and Atletico Mineiro midfielder Kevin Castano sit out, presumably to contest the Copa Sudamericana final.

Lorenzo also omitted goalkeeper Kevin Mier alongside regulars such as Al-Ittihad midfielder Richard Rios and Getafe full-back Johan Mojica.

Colombia host Chile on 13 November at the Pascual Guerrero stadium in Cali before travelling to Santiago four days later for the return clash at the Estadio Nacional.
