As Milwaukee Brewers captain Christian Yelich rides the high of the baseball team’s first World Series championship in history, the left fielder and designated hitter is angling for another win: the sale of his Malibu mansion, currently on the market for $30 million.
Six years ago, Yelich paid $5.55 million for the one-acre property, which came with architectural plans by Los Angeles–based firm KOVAC Design Studio. Yelich has decided to move his family to Wisconsin, a KOVAC representative told AD. It’s unclear if he ever actually lived in the 5,300-square-foot residence, considering it was just completed this year.
