According to the Misfits Boxing founders, they are in advanced negotiations with Eddie Hearn regarding a boxing fight against the UFC boss, Dana White.

Since the beginning of the year and Dana White‘s emergence in the sport of boxing, he and Eddie Hearn have been locked into a toxic feud with each other, continuously going at each other in the media.

That led to White claiming that he would fight Hearn in the boxing ring if it came to it, despite their huge age gap and lack of experience in the ring.

And now the Misfits Boxing founders, Kalle and Nisse Sauerland have claimed that they have put an offer on the table, and they are in advanced stages of negotiations with the Matchroom promoter.

During an interview with IFLTV, Kalle Sauerland claimed that the offer for a boxing match between White and Hearn is on the table and they’re even in advanced talks with Hearn regarding a $10 million offer. “We’ll be rolling with Eddie vs. Dana the night after (Fury vs. Joshua) at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium,” Sauerland joked in the interview.

“A lot of people asked me if it’s b——- and I said, ‘No it’s not, I’ll pay $20 million for that’ so we put it in writing to Dana and Eddie, called Eddie and actually with Eddie, we’re not far off, I think he’d confirm that if you ask him on the terms. I’m not gonna lean out the boat because I’ve not totally tied it up with Eddie but we’re close with Eddie and Dana has had it in writing. And I changed it too from a $20 million winner takes all to a $10 million straight offer now,” Sauerland continued.

Although the longtime boxing promoter is seemingly down for the idea, White’s reaction to the offer to fight Hearn shows that he likely isn’t on board with the fight. When he was asked about it, he rolled his eyes and claimed that the Misfits promoter was just looking for a reaction.

Despite being the one who initially opened up the idea of fighting Hearn, the 57-year-old’s mind seems to have changed on the fight, with him potentially realising the potential damage it could do to his career as a promoter if he was to step in the ring himself and lose.
