Tottenham icon and current Bayern Munich star Harry Kane beat Kylian Mbappe and Lamine Yamal to win the 2026 Ballon d’Or. The Englishman had a stellar campaign with the German club and also impressed for England at the 2026 World Cup, where they finished 3rd.

Tottenham’s social media account congratulated their hero on his well-deserved win across Instagram and X. Under one of their posts lauding Kane for his achievement was Tottenham cult hero Lucas Moura‘s three-word reaction. He wrote:

“Very well deserved.”

Moura, who currently plays for Sao Paulo, was a key member of the North London club for 5 years, with his first season at the club being one of the most iconic ones. His contributions during Spurs run to the UCL 2019 final will never be forgotten.
