Should Bayern go for Trent Alexander Arnold | Bavarian Football Works

It is reported that Trent has fallen out of favor with Mourinho and could leave Real Madrid, as early as the upcoming January transfer window. So far, there is interest only from Premier League clubs like Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal. But should Bayern be interested in a loan deal? I think the club can give it a try. This will be a similar deal that Bayern had a few seasons back when they signed Joao Cancelo on loan.

There is also a lot of similarity between the two players. Both are extremely good attacking forward but struggle defensively. But Trent just feels a level up going offensively because of how good his passing is. It is De Bruynesque. I can I think a deal like this can work if Bayern proceeds to sell Boey in January. That can help in covering a portion of loan fee and his wages.
