Gvidas Gineitis is trying to overcome a ‘difficult’ period at Torino after Celtic links

Gineitis himself has admitted ‘these were not the best months’ of his Torino career, as he finds himself in and out of the side.

The Lithuanian international has started five Serie A games this season, losing four and winning only once, including getting subbed at half-time on two occasions.

That hasn’t helped the player’s cause, but he did tell Oh Sports that his levels won’t drop in training, as he tries to rediscover some light and positivity in his game.

The Celtic transfer target has divided opinion with his performances in the Italian press, including being subbed at half-time against Frosinone over the weekend.

Added to that, Sofascore have rated his league performance at 6.47, as he has provided two assists so far this term.
