Fabio Celestini has made one change to his Burnley side for today’s trip to Cardiff City.

Jaydon Banel comes in for Jamie Vardy, who drops down to the bench, as Celestini hunts his first win as Clarets boss.

Zeki Amdouni returns from an ankle injury to be named among the substitutes - but Burnley are otherwise unchanged from their midweek 1-1 draw at QPR.

Anel Ahmedhodzic is the man to drop out of Burnley’s squad as a result of Amdouni’s return.

Ben Amos, Jordan Beyer, Bashir Humphreys, Shurandy Sambo, Hannibal, Jacob Bruun Larsen, Dastan Satpayev, Mike Tresor, Ashley Barnes, Armando Broja and Michael Obafemi all either injured or unavailable.

As for Cardiff, they make two changes from their 3-3 draw with Scott Parker’s West Ham on Wednesday night.
