Kuminga (rest) is expected to play in Wednesday's regular-season opener against the Heat.

Kuminga joined several other regulars on the inactive list for Friday's preseason finale, but he should play Wednesday. The 24-year-old forward is ready to prove himself in a starting role with Minnesota after signing a two-year, $13 million deal in August.
