Harry Kane has agreed a new contract that will tie him to German champions Bayern Munich until 2029.
The England captain is in the form of his life, netting 50 goals so far this calendar year, and he is currently the front-runner to win the Ballon d'Or.
Having taken his country to the World Cup semi-final, clubs such as Barcelona were monitoring his situation, with the forward keen to sort his future following the summer tournament.
That has now been done, and it's bad news for Europe's other top sides, with Kane verbally agreeing a new three-year contract.
The Bundesliga side are now said to be drawing up the paper work to make the new deal official. Kane will be 36 when the contract expires.
Kane and Bayern had both said there was 'no rush' to sort his future before the summer, with the forward saying in May: 'It's not the time to talk about that now, but there's no panic. We wanted to hold conversations until the end of the season and we've got a World Cup still to play.
'But everyone knows how much I enjoy it here. That situation is calm.'
His initial deal had run until the end of this season after he signed a four-year deal after moving to Bayern for £100million from Tottenham in 2023.
The striker believed to be on around £400,000-a-in Germany. There is no indication on if he will receive a pay rise with his new deal.
