Sir David Beckham once made the impossible look effortless, bending footballs into the top corner and delivering moments that will live forever in Manchester United history.
From the famous Class of ’92 to the unforgettable 1999 Treble, Beckham became a defining figure of Sir Alex Ferguson’s dynasty, winning six Premier League titles and the Champions League.
His influence transcended football.
The former England captain became a global sporting icon, with his reputation extending into fashion, entertainment and international business.
After representing Real Madrid, LA Galaxy, AC Milan and Paris Saint-Germain, Beckham retired in 2013, but his involvement in football continued.
He helped establish Inter Miami, playing an influential role in bringing Lionel Messi to the American club, and later joined Gary Neville’s consortium at Salford City.
Beyond football, Beckham has developed an extensive commercial portfolio, recently securing a major NBA partnership through his nutrition brand IM8.
However, newly published official documents have revealed three significant changes to the Manchester United legend’s business positions.
As revealed on Companies House, Beckham resigned as a director of DRJB Holdings Limited on October 1, 2026.
The holding company forms part of his wider commercial business structure, which underwent a major transformation following his partnership with Authentic Brands Group in 2022.
As we previously covered, Beckham received approximately £38 million in dividends from his business interests, while DRJB Holdings recorded annual revenue of £83.3 million, up from £72.2 million.
Once again, Companies House confirms Beckham also resigned as a director of DB Ventures Limited on October 1.
Established in 2014, DB Ventures is associated with the former midfielder’s commercial operations, including his brand and licensing interests.
Meanwhile, a third Companies House filing confirms Beckham resigned as a director of Studio 99 Limited on the same day.
Founded in 2019, Studio 99 is a production company associated with Beckham, specialising in documentaries and commercial content.
Its productions include Netflix’s Beckham documentary, Disney+’s Save Our Squad and Amazon Prime Video’s 99, which revisited United’s historic Treble-winning season.
All three resignations took effect on October 1 and were registered with Companies House on October 7.
The filings confirm Beckham’s departure from the three directorships but do not establish that he has sold his ownership interests or withdrawn from the businesses entirely.
