Hulk Hogan's luxurious Florida mansion has finally found a buyer, but not at the price his estate originally hoped to secure. The late WWE legend's sprawling Clearwater Beach residence has reportedly sold for $5.9 million, nearly $5.1 million below its initial asking price. The sale comes more than a year after Hogan's death in July 2025, following three significant reductions in the property's asking price. With his flamboyant character within the ring, Hogan had an equally flamboyant lifestyle outside the ring. It's the extraordinary waterfront real estate owned by him with splendid views of the gulf that gives an insight into that glamorous world.
According to Realtor.com, the primary residence of Hogan in Clearwater Beach, Florida, sold at $5.9 million after being on the market for close to nine months. The property was first put up for sale on January 30, 2026, at a price of roughly $10.98 million, only six months after the wrestler's death.
However, selling the property at such an asking price turned out to be very tough. The first major decrease made the listing price drop to $8.99 million. It was reduced again in June to $7.9 million, and then in September to $6.9 million.
Despite these cuts, however, the sale price was still another $1 million under the most recent asking price. This deal is definitely a bargain from the original listing, but it is still much more than what Hogan first paid for the property.

According to Realtor.com, Hogan acquired the mansion in April 2012 at an approximate cost of $3.33 million. The property is significant because it was also the last place that Hogan lived.
The WWE Hall of Famer, whose real name was Terry Gene Bollea, passed away in July 2025 at the Clearwater house due to a heart attack at the age of 71. This happened after he had gone through several operations on his neck.
The three-storey Mediterranean-styled home is located at Clearwater Beach with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful water views. As per MARCA, the home measures roughly 5,400 square feet with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom.
But the most notable feature of the property is the stunning primary suite. The lavish suite covers an area of approximately 1,000 square feet and boasts a seating area, a large walk-in closet, a morning bar, and a spa-like bathroom.

The mansion also comes with exquisite interior fittings, including teak, marble, and natural stone flooring. The mansion includes a designer kitchen with a large space for cooking and entertainment.
There is a private elevator that links all the floors of the house, making life convenient for the inhabitants. The outdoor facilities are equally impressive.
According to Realtor.com, the outdoor area measures about 1,500 square feet and consists of covered seating areas that provide a view of the pool and spa below. There are also large windows all around the house that let in natural light and offer views of the coastline.
The beachfront property also provides residents with direct access to the renowned white sand beaches of Clearwater. The listing for this property was done by Martha Thorn of The Thorn Collection of Coldwell Banker Realty.
The main house was not the only property in Hogan's Florida portfolio that changed owners. According to MARCA, the adjacent guest house also sold for $2.8 million, putting the total sales at about $8.7 million.
Hogan bought the smaller piece of property back in 2016 for about $1.6 million to expand his beachfront properties. The cottage is roughly 2,062 square feet with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
In contrast to the large mansion, the guest house has a more traditional coastal feel, with brightly lit interiors, wood beams and cozy living areas.

Both properties enjoy direct beach access, although they remained separate residences throughout Hogan's ownership. Realtor.com reported that it remains unclear whether the same buyer purchased both homes.
While the main mansion ultimately sold for far less than its original asking price, its luxurious features and beachfront setting remain a reminder of the extraordinary lifestyle enjoyed by one of professional wrestling's biggest stars.
